Terms of service

Molon Digital, LLC provides digital marketing and website services. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

Each plan's price and contents are listed on its page and on Pricing. Anything not listed is quoted in writing before we start. Ad spend is billed to you directly by the ad platform.

Monthly plans start with a deposit covering the first 3 months. We start building your website once it is paid. After that, plans bill monthly.

You can leave any time. Give us 30 days notice and we wrap things up cleanly. No hard feelings.

Your domain, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, and content are in your name from day one and stay yours. The website files are yours after 12 paid months. Before that, you can buy the site out at the cost we put in writing when you sign up, or walk away owing nothing more. Either way, you get a full export of your content within 30 days.

We can decline or end any project for any lawful reason. If we end one, we give you notice, hand over everything that is yours, and you are not charged for work we have not done.

Give us accurate information and the access we need, and only send us content you have the right to use.

We do the work described in your plan. We cannot guarantee rankings, leads, or sales, because search engines and ad platforms are outside our control.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits.
